Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellation, refund, rescheduling, and unavoidable trip changes are handled.

Booking Confirmation

Trip seats, pricing, and inclusions are confirmed only after the required payment and written confirmation. Any deposit, partial payment, or full payment terms shared for a specific trip will apply to that booking.

Traveller Cancellation

Cancellation eligibility, refund percentage, transferability, and credit options depend on the trip-specific terms communicated at booking. Supplier charges, payment gateway fees, permits, adventure activity costs, and non-refundable reservations may be deducted.

Unavoidable Changes

YesGenie may reschedule, modify, pause, or cancel a departure because of weather, safety, force majeure, operational emergencies, legal restrictions, supplier failure, low-risk thresholds, medical events, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

Where YesGenie cancels a confirmed trip, available options may include refund, credit, or transfer to another departure, subject to supplier recovery and trip-specific terms.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Bank, gateway, and partner timelines may vary. Processing charges, taxes, or gateway fees may not be refundable unless required by law.

Refund Requests

Send cancellation or refund requests from your registered email to infoyesgenie@gmail.com with your booking reference, traveller name, trip name, and payment proof.
